Ashley Faithfull Training Studios provide a unique and luxurious fitness service. Members can train independently in the facility or work along side our personal trainers who develop tailored programs specific to their lifestyle and goals. Members can have weekly contact with their trainer or use our on-site Evolt 360 Body Composition Scanner to monitor progress and evaluate results. AF Training Studios implement the appropriate components to ensure our members, at every level, feel confident exercising.
